Why is so hard to imagine a bill that protects us from police brutality and unjustified executions?

How about a bill that garuntees some sort of charges if the pig is found guilty or is proven to be negligent in his/her actions. How about expedited criminal proceedings for those found guilty?

This is what I’ve said repeatedly: any cop that kills an unarmed person receives a mandatory immediate prison sentence - meaning no trial, no due process, mandatory prison, hard time.
