$15 for myself, girl, brother

That's $5 a month for access to unlimited music, feel sorry for you broke bums crying over a few $
^ I'm tired of hearing this argument. They want us to pay for this, pay for cable, pay for Trapflix, pay for Netflix, pay for internet, pay for the cell phone etc. None of the services are expensive on their own but multiple ones add up. Screw having another needless bill simply because it's fashionable. I'm good with Youtube. I don't need cable, Apple Music, Netflix or Trapflix with the unique content that youtube has. Besides that anything someone else is paying for I can get for free online. Don't care if it's the latest show, boxing event, movie or album. Screw Apple Music, Tidal, Spotify and every streaming service that was ever invented. I'm old skool, I aint paying for nothing online regardless of whether or not I have the disposable income. Aint nothing illegal about clicking on a link, that's just using the internet as it was intended to be used. Screw the stronghold Apple have gained over music, they need to be stopped before it's too late. I'm disgusted by their fees to get music listed on i-tunes as well. Struggling artist should have to give up that much to get listed in their system.

I'm gonna keep it for now. I'm also gonna keep Spotify. Apple Music has things Spotify doesn't and vice versa.

Now I have a massive mp3 collection. I came from the era of MIRC, FTPs, ripping groups (RNS, CMS), Napster, Audio Galaxy, kazaa... you name it. But I'm grown now and I have a brand new baby girl so I dont have time to be sitting at a computer downloading music and syncing it to my phone. I enjoy the convenience more than anything. As soon as an album drops you can save it for offline play and you are good to go. The curated Playlists are dope too ex: B!NK Behind the Boards, Intro to DITC, etc... They must have some real heads working at Apple.

One thing i hate is the licensing issues. I'm from Canada so I'm missing out on a ton of music. Before the IOs update I could change itunes stores, find the albums I wanted, save for offline play then change back. For example the Australian itunes store had most of the Death Row stuff (Compilations, Soundtracks). But since the update it doesnt work anymore. even the stuff that I saved to my phone. :snoop:

Am I the only dude that still torrents music and then puts it on his phone? Granted I often use shyt like Google Drive or Dropbox, but my music is physically on my phone.
I'm so used to being able to download a whole discography in hq, for free, and being able to sort it on my hd how I want it that I don't see a reason to stream music tbh.

Plus after years of doing this it's fun to me now.

If I didn't have a decent private tracker I might consider streaming.

the low end. southside chi
dudes really arent music fans.

Those of us who came up in the 90's, could never imagine having the entirety of music at our fingertips for 9.99. We were buying albums for $12.99 at the store and sometimes only getting 1-2 good songs. And the average kid/teen was buying several albums per year. People complained about albums still costing too much in the 2000's, and now you get everything for 9.99 a month.

Dudes have it so good now that they don't even know. :wow:

yeah might be a little OD. But I like the social media aspect of Spotify. I like the ability to create and share playlists to my followers. And with Apple music i like the fact that most new music goes there first, sometimes exclusively. For example the new Game track with Dre and Ice cube that came out today is on Apple Music but not Spotify yet. :yeshrug:

How are so many grown niccas, especially you old ones, so content not paying for stuff you enjoy ?

I understand broke teens and college kids, but $10 a month for the convenience of having instant access to almost ever album ever made ??

I literally spend that on breakfast at starbucks. :sas2:, that' not even 3 gallons of gas, less that 2 days of parking.

Come on brehs:smugdraper:

But yeah, I'm a Beats convert so I been on that family plan wave, so my wife and daughter can have all the music they want, and their laptops don't get aids from limewire or whatever lame sites they use.

All that $10 a month shyt adds up though, we got more bills than ever in this economy we cutting corners the best we can to save money not WASTE disposable income. netflix, apple $20 a month.

If you have the option to get media for free wouldnt you excersize that option...
