after bron got his ring, everyone has discussed who will take the hate now. people said durant or melo, but its dwight for sure. the media is already gettin at him, they just showed clips of him talkin bout hes a loyal player, he gon be a magic for the next 5 years etc. honestly i think he deserves as much hate as bron had

hate wont be as bad b/c he doesn't have the connection to the city of orlando like lebron had w/ cleveland.

it's not even that. It's that there was an added emphasis on LeBron winning which to LeBron was the whole point of linking up with Wade and Bosh in Miami. If Dwight Howard doesn't really care about winning, nobody else is gonna care for him. Ain't nobody worried about Dwight's legacy. He'd trade places with Channing Tatum if he could.

I disagree with that point. Lebron never got credit for that. He never got credit for taking less money for the sake of winning. It was always..."well Magic, Bird, Jordan would never team up like the Heat."

It's more about the connection Lebron had to the city of Cleveland. They saw him as their son. Also, the fact that the Magic will most likely getting a treasure chest of picks/players in return will help ease the backlash in the long run.

I'm saying LeBron's purpose in all this was to win titles and not be the guy that walked away with no rings. LeBron and thus Miami's decision was only going to be validated upon how much they won. All Dwight wants to be is Terrence J only three times the herb.

This is an overstatement. Dwight's pretty much fukking this part of it up.

Dwight obviously isn't from the area so that sentimental connection isn't there, but nobody's concerned about Dwight's legacy or whether he should be the man or any of that other stuff that pertained to LeBron.
