You wouldn't know it the way they treat him.

Styles is the cornerstone of that promotion but is always treated as being less important than Angle, Hardy, Flair, and Hogan.

Thats the fukked up part. He busted his ass and was the reason to watch early on but now I was surprised to see him in Impact main event the other day. He deserves better.

There in the same spot they were years ago? Lets review both the progression of both TNA and ROH. Then let's really calculate growth.

I know cats on here have these bias issuses but that don't excuse no one from making dumb comments

They have most definitely came a long way from being a weekly $10 ppv show on Wednesdays that know one knew about including a large portion of the iwc

what does roh have to do with anything lol
if you wouldve properly read my post i said theyre in the same position they were years ago not since their upstart

what has adding hoegan and all these other clowns done to improve anything?
didnt hoegan come on board in 2010? theyve stayed pretty much the same since then and they were better off in 07-09 because at least their costs was lower and they even had better ratings back then..

now theyve gone live for the summer which takes a lot of more money to produce and their ratings didnt improve a damn bit

they had their best ever year of ratings and viewership in 2011.

Outside of Mania boosts w/ Rock, the E isn't in the same position they were a few years ago. Buys and ratings trending downward across the board. The business as a whole is trending downward - so saying TNA is in the same position isn't much of a knock.

WCW as its own company lasted 13 years. TNA, with their most recent contract extension, is guaranteed to last at least 12. They've accomplished something. Plenty of growth and quality issues to address, but they are a successful wrestling promotion whether people want to acknowledge that or not.

You really trying to compare WCW to TNA?

WCW's nWo run>>>TNA existence if it lasted a 1000 years

I compared their time in existence, yes.

Considering that a large majority of businesses and television shows fail in year one...yeah, staying afloat is a success. Especially in a market that's trending downward. Which is always the accepted excuse when we see the E's declining viewership and buyrates.

We've heard the "borrowed time" shyt for 5 years now with TNA. Probably even longer than that. They're always out of money, support of the network, not paying employees - then they sign network extensions and shell out more money for talent and production.

It's just not an all or nothing deal with me. I think they obviously have a long way to go, but still give them credit for their decade of business and holding on to their current TV deal for as long as they have. Plus, they've done fairly well expanding overseas with their programming and other business ventures.

aj has given me more great memories in a wrasslin ring in ten years with less.

than any of the big names with more.

aj means a lot to me,..maybe not yo dudes,..

yet, real talk wrasslin's workrate as an inovative product domestically pretty much owes aj styles.

i can't think of one worker over him in twelve years who has fone what aj did.

singlehAndidly,..he recreated all the quality and interest of this gen of wrasslin.

so for dudes talking ill,..you have quality and have to singlehandidly, thAnk no one but aj styles.

wwe's and roh's quality alone right now is owed to aj styles.

as cm punk, and even db would have neve garnered the attntion they did to get where they got if not for aj styles. as a matter of fact, angle would have never had an alternative if not for aj as well.

all of wrasslin since the 2000's workrste Nd innovation inring is from aj styles, alone.

no internet wrasslin on youtube, no iwc darlings,...etc.

all that is owed to aj styles, period.

when wwe sucked,..aj was the only quality alternative.

streaming video on the internet is practically owed to aj styles.
as aj was the first stream quAlity vids in the web.

How far along do people expect TNA to be?

People need to understand that no company will ever catch the wwe nowadays.(popularity and production wise) But that seems to be the measuring stick.

It's amazing how high the expectations are for a company that's only 10 years old.
