This is the first game the starters played with each other, WHILE learning a new offensive system.

Kind of an idiotic thread imo to be honest. It just seems apparent that the Laker envy/hate is so strong that a preseason game is being blown out of proportion. The Lakers get beat in the regular season by sorry teams all the time. They're known for getting complacent. I've attended the last two games that they played against the Bobcats in Charlotte and they've lost both of them. And guess what they won a championship one of those years. The over reaction is hilarious and pathetic at the same damn time.

None of the Kings starters played 30+ mins while all of the Lakers starters played 30+ mins. That just shows it's all about chemistry. You can't just throw talent together and expect to dominate. This is what preseason is for. The Lakers are going to be one of the top teams, it's just going to take some time. The Heat took a while to gel too.

The Lakers problem these last few years was not offense/defense from the center position. The improvement Howard brings does not put you past OKC

A year older Hobe + an ancient Nash is good enough to see a BETTER durant/westbrook/harden who now rock Olympic Gold?
