So about a year in...can we agree that Jimmy Fallon is the best at late night?

the problem with connan doing the tonight show was they wouldnt let him truly be him
everything theyre letting fallon do they didnt really let connan do
conana wanted to stay in ny but they told his as no
not to mention they wanted to force that shytty leno show on everyone so they screwd with the time of the tonight show
them screw with the time was one of the main reasons the raitings was bad
shyt was just an all around messy situation
fallon is pretty much doing the same stuff he was doing on the late night show

I remember a whole lot of cats feeling some type of way because NBC did Conan O'Brien dirty, but this is business and Conan wasn't really cutting it during his short run
Meanwhile Fallon is having a blast out there, celebs looking like they are having fun, classic skits such as the Saved By The Bell reunion, Lip Sync Battles, Joking Bad @hexagram23 , The Roots as the band...I mean the guy has it all going right now.
Who can really disagree? What is the argument? When was the last time someone watched Conan O'Brien on TBS since the whole Team Coco thing fizzled out
Jimmy Fallon has the best ideas, and picks the best pieces to make a good show....I dunno if what I'm saying makes any sense.
Basically imagine a guy with a lot of money, and cool friends, and a ton of fun shyt to do around him. So you'd hang out with him because of all that....but if you look at the guy alone, just the guy, and not all the shyt be brings to the table....he's kinda bland and boring. That's Fallon. He basically has a great show despite who he is, because of all the other things on it.

maybe he realizes that, and that's why he does things like the stuff you mentioned, which I enjoy immensely....but when it's just him talking, or interviewing....you probably couldn't pay me to watch it. He just don't have "it", like a Letterman or Leno, or hell, even Conan, who has an over all inferior show.Fred.

conan was fire when they gave him his two week notice. He was going ham shytting on NBC every night
that whole 2 weeks was straight fire

What you are saying makes sense because overall Fallon knows how to create a great package and IMO he does a great job at that. All of his bits don't really rely on him for the most part. Almost everyone would be intrigued to watch a celebrity they like to follow so the games take care of themselves. A couple of stories on the chair, then a musical outro? What he did was break down the hour better than Conan and the others right now do. Nothing is too reliant on one section of his act...if people don't like his comedic touch...well that only lasts a few minutes at the start...the rest is heavy leaning on everyone else. In that Saved By The Bell reunion he relied on Zack Morris, on Joking Bad (which was actually on his old show) he heavily leaned on Hank, Gus, and everyone else.
To me he is the best host right now because its not really about Fallon, its about the guests and showing the audience a good time...I think it comes off in his genuine enthusiasm while talking to whoever is on...even the roots and his other staff members.
Conan can basically do whatever he wants on TBS, but still can't come up with a better show...that says a whole lot IMO.

He's exactly what late night needed dude is killing it I watched the recent lip-syncing battle with Will Ferrell and Kevin Hart and shyt was hilarious.
He was a little shaky at first but he's defini found his groove now. I was rooting for him so I'm glad he's winning. I haven't been able to keep up with him as much lately though.
Yeah I caught the first couple of his beginning episodes he was even worse than jimmy when he started. Stiff and lookin scared. Hopefully he's improved for his sake.

Fallon still sucks at interviewing guests though. When he interviews any guests...its always awkward as hell. But his skits and musical guests more than make up for it.
