Man the media annoys the fukk outta me. They’ve got the perfect thing to write and be positive about, our new youth that are maturing well and did good over the summer, but nah let’s try to start shyt. Bunch of fukking losers
Listen, we can all quibble - but the actual news around this team has been what a shytshow it is - for going on three years now. They don't win enough for that to be a story. They don't have enough exciting/high-upside youth for that to be a story... This is a team that has fallen apart, been hurt, dealt with inside squabbles, fights with the coach, coaches fighting with GMs, GMs fighting with players... for the last few seasons.
I like to call media members/reporters out when they can - but to expect ANYONE to be covering the Knicks right now, as anything other than the dumpster fire it has been, is silly.
