I like 3D Movies but I actually would rather go to a Theater and watch it on the big screen.

worst shyt ever. i only saw Jurassic World in 3D and that shyt damn near ruined the movie. Gave me a crazy headach. shyt is trash. Usually its just an excuse to throw something at the screen tho like the Harold & Kumar joint.

i just dont see the point of it. ive seen many 3d movies ive only seen the one in theaters and it was a terrible experience for me personally so i refuse to spend my money on it again....thats cool if thats your thing..im just saying it aint for me

and a lot of the information about home 3d will go in 1 ear and out the other
also, if you buy an active tv that means you have to buy them expensive glasses that you have to charge up and cant use the ones you keep from the movie theater.
people gonna just see 3d and order 3d not knowing there's 2 diff versions

Properly done 3D (Avatar, Dr. Strange) is amazing. Also, you need a good TV. LG OLED 3D is insane, but a Wal-Mart Tv's 3D isn't gonna measure up.

3d @ home on 4k TV is a different experience from having a 3d 1080 tv.

Reason being is that to generate the 3d image the screen basically has to split its pixel's in half. So watching 3d on a 1080 HD screen you're really only getting a 720p resolution on your 3d image.
But with 4k, its 1080p to each eye so there is a big jump in quality.

I honestly am sad that no new 3d tv's are coming out because I feel the technology really didnt even realize it's potential until 4k was released. If you can find a good deal on a used LG 4k 3d tv, grab it, you won't be dissapointed. Plus LG's 3d glasses are designed to be able to fit over regular glasses as well.
