The stories from what I remember in the 90s, was that Suge and his goons threatened Eazy with bats and pipes, and they told him they knew where his mother lived. So he signed it, then he and Heller tried to make the contract invalid because he was under duress, and eventually it was settled out of court.

That was talked about all the time in the magazines and even in Dre’s behind the music on VH1.



The SOC movie version had him getting jumped.
