Yeah this album gone be some bullshyt.

I’ve been on a Dre/Snoop/DPG/LBC/Death Row/Aftermath binge the past few weeks. It’s been great. Building out playlists.

This is the antithesis of that stuff.

This is no different to track 24 of a generic Snoop Dogg album.

But this is a Dr Dre x Snoop Dogg sequel to Doggystyle.

That Jelly Roll song is much the same.

It‘ll be an ok listen for sure, for what it is.

But it’s not what we wanted, or needed, from these two.

Yep I rather just have 50 year old Snoop talking that Crip shyt. I mean he still rockin blue rags and crip walking anyways :francis: .

Just some updated G Funk is all we want. Kendrick managed to release an album with an updated West Coast sound why can't the architects Dre/Snoop do it :mjcry:

I heard the dr Dre and Kanye Jesus album

Snoop and Dre had a song in there where the beat changed and it went into some gangsta sounding shyt

I thought this album was going to be that

This sounds like beats he should of gave to Eminem

Sounds like this is very diff to the project DOC originally heard

That they had recorded for

Hence the orig comments he made sayin this sounds like a mature/ grown up death row sound

To these guys now bein on “ cruise control just recently after hearing the project again “

I'm surprised people thought we were going to get a 2001 type of album

They kinda hinted at the direction they were going with the album

Once I heard the Jelly Roll it dawned on me they're trying reach the non hip hop fan with this album

I'm not aiming this comment at you, but if he would have came out with an album full of gangsta shyt people would have clowned him for taking crip shyt being a 50 year old millionaire

Damned if you do damned if you don't

Snoop was not on that album. What song are you thinking of?
