I'll have to revisit it but coming off the heels of Last Meal I was super disappointed in it. Its not one of his albums I ever really revisit and outside of "Ballin" which I always include on comps or playlists of Snoop from that era I don't remember anything being that great from it. I recall hating the production on it mostly. Who knows, maybe it was ahead of its time and a re listen will make me appreciate it more but I recall it being my least favorite album of his up to that point.

Listening to the production on this album, and some of the snippets from Game's new album, I feel like we may be seeing a revival of the type of beats and vibe of the early to mid 2000s era (at least from Hit Boy, Hi-Tek, etc.). I guess 20 year cycles are a real thing? Probably won't extend outside of this current moment, but I like that they aren't trying to pretend to "keep up" with new musical trends, and recognize the hard sound that era left on the table for someone to pick up. Snoop can't lay down the pen like he used to, but a 20 track record from Game with these type of beats and that style has the potential to take us back to the last great era in mainstream hip hop. Someone else mentioned it way earlier in the thread, but you can hear Documentary and Doctor's Advocate type production in BODR, and I don't think that's a coincidence.
