Snoop is in his 50s and Dre is going to be 60 in three months and y’all were expecting them to recreate their sound from 30 years ago :mjlol:

Dre and Snoop been moved on from Gangsta Rap.

Doggystyle featuring legends The Dramatics

Missionary featuring legends Sting and Tom Petty :skip:
If more people still BOUGHT music rather than streaming and each giving the artists 0.00001c then artists would have the features you would expect. But instead labels will absolutely have say in adding artists that can bring in streams from non-fans. This isn't a label issue, it's a FAN ISSUE. Streaming is a blight on the music industry, a response to Napster etc which backfired and made the industry worse.

Even if they sold an album for $1 each person who bought it would contribute so much more revenue than streaming it until they died would. But nah, give all your money to Spotify, Apple etc people. Let them eat while artists quickly lose motivation to release and instead just charge ridiculous prices for tour tickets and merch at gigs to try make it all worth it.

fukk streaming

But also, it can be a creative choice. Dre, Snoop & Sting? For people who love all genres that a big thing to look forward to. And the notion that rappers can't collaborate with other genres is quite frankly ridiculous.

I'm not too mad at the Tom Petty sample or whatever. Snoop albums always have some filler and some crossover attempts. It is what it is. I think they're swinging big with this album

Some of them features :scust:

That album cover :snoop:

They couldn't do a homage to Doggystyle with another cartoon cover?

Cover is beyond weak.

Should’ve been a photo of snoop dressed like a missionary with chucks on holding a bible with a condom sticking out of it like a bookmark — as he’s knocking on some chick’s door.

Or do a homage piece to Joe Cool since he’s gone and make it be the inside of the dog house from Doggystyle
