Just watched my DVR (didnt watch Ocean, didn't give a shyt)
when will people just admit Seth is an immense talent? One of the best hosts in years, easy. That episode was great. The only sketch i thought was kinda weak was Eastwood and Chair, they had a layup with that.
Jay isn't a great Obama, looks nothing like him. His impression is solid, but his mannerisms suck. Dude just isn't a good performer.
The new castmembers were all solid in their debut. Cecily is cute. ... oh and Vanessa Bayer is still dreadful, and i have a bad feeling she's the new top female.

Seth Mcfarlane was really funny and pretty much all the skits I saw him in looked so natural and well acted. He looked like one of the permanent cast members of snl and if he was he would be hands down the best of them.

You know he couldn't wait after the show so he told John Mayer to take over while he started playing Tekken Tag Tournament 2.
Fred should have kept Obama, Jay isn't doing it well.
I know Fred prob won't be there for 4 more years so I guess they're hedging their bets.
It's crazy how many people bounced when their 7 year contracts were up over the last couple seasons. Glad Jason and a couple other vets stayed.

I thought Sudeikis was gonna leave too, just read an article like a week ago with him talking about how playing Mitt Romney alone wasn't enough for him to stay.
I'm watching some of the clips on Hulu, and I haven't seen a bad skit yet.
Lorne Michaels probably shelled out enough money for Sudeikis to say "

It was a really good episode, McFarlane did great. They really lost a lot of talent, though. I can't imagine how it's gonna go when they don't have a guest host that can carry the show. Bill Hader can't do every sketch.
Agreed. This was one of the best SNLs in a while. I think that blonde feature chick will take that crown (the one who joined at the end of last season). Pharoahs Obama will get better, I got faith in the kid. I think last year SNL got a black writer cause they have a lot more ethnic skits and they are usually the funniest. Kenans Steve Harvey is MONEY.
