YouTube and the gram is the new SNL. All the improv talent is there.

Cats can go straight to the source. SNL is a good lane if you want to get in a writers room or some shyt.

At this stage, they need the Desi Banks and Country Waynes or the world more than they need them.

The joke itself is one note so it was only gonna be but so funny. But this isn't terrible. The impressions were aight. I'd say it was mid.

Wack.

Katt laying on his stomach and kicking his legs got a slight chuckle lol, but overall a waste of material and I’ve seen some hilarious bits based on the interview.

SNL is :flabbynsick: and has been :flabbynsick: for awhile.

Trying to parody something that’s already crazy in itself will never work. There’s no way they could’ve made that interview funnier than it was. This is 100% bad :snoop:

The trick with skit shows is to get HIGHLY talented stand-up comedians like a young Chappelle, Eddie Murphy, Jamie Foxx etc., and then let their natural genius come through with some good writing.

Basically let them write up funny stuff but have other writers tailor it so that it works in a skit format.

SNL gets people that aren't elite or even semi-elite stand-up comics. They are writers who can write decent material but don't have great acting skills or stand-up delivery skills to make jokes work. The types of comics that could make this show pop get famous on YT or IG and then blow up elsewhere.
