As far as designer kicks go... nobody really on these yet like they on the other styles. Been rocked Balenciaga tracks and Versace Chain Reactions, but all of those styles getting closed to played out if they ain’t already. I just don’t wanna drop a rack on these. Dior’s never go on sale either like other designer sneaks. Dior B30
Other than that, I just been keepin it classic. Just ordered these off StockX. Mad because I coulda copped em at retail at Footlocker like a year ago during a flash restock, they had em under the glass in my size too, but as soon as I came back from the ATM, they were gone.Feels bad when you been rocking sneakers for 20+ years and you have to pay double retail to cop shoes you actually have authentic nostalgia for as a young OG
Something special about them 4's man GOAT tier Silouhette. I'm just not trying to drop 400 bucks on some sneakers.

I'm outta the shoe game personally. I got all the shoes, mostly classic J's, Nikes and Reeboks I've ever wanted and I don't even be wearing them because I paid too much for them to mess them up by using them for their actual functionI'm not a guy who needs to have the same shoe in 5 different colorways. I do need some white Air forces though .

fukk that I don't even walk in the grass with my joints on. I'm cheap by nature but I ain't dropping 2 or 3 hundred bucks on shoes and just treating them any kind of way.
Yea I was looking at French Blue 12s recently and the cheapest new pair was 300 something. You might find something though if you look hard enough, but youre right.

I gotcha beat, I copped my 2016 Flu Games from the thrift for $30 because they needed a lil Angelus paint on the heel, but they were damn near DS. This was 3-4 years ago. But these cacs and Gen Z have gotten hip to the thrift too.
I used to find old SB Dunks all the time at thrift. Talking about the Doom’s, Send Helps, Tweeds etc. in excellent and wearable condition. Would rock em a few times and sell em for like $100 on eBay. This was like 5-6 years ago before sneaker game gentrification. If I held onto them, I coulda sold them today for $700+ a piece.
