but i'll admit that i've never been in better shape than when i was lifting 5 times a week monday - friday (and eating clean and smoking a little weed) then hitting them party drugs on friday/saturday, carbing up and sleeping on sunday.... then repeating the cycle.
fukk knows what i did to my heart, but i was in the best shape of my life.
If you're going to take amphetamines to cut weight (and yes, they do work) then stick with a regular dose of Vyvanse. It's hard to abuse, minimal jitters, it only takes your body a month to adjust, and you have lazer sharp focus.
I thought the only reason you lost weight on shyt like meth and crack was because you were more concerned with getting high than eating. If you have a (VERY) stable income, I dont think you'll lose weight.
