I was an art minor. I have created tons of images over the decades. Also a faceless internet rapper. Put quite a few songs online. The number one rule of any artform is that the viewer decides what art means... Not the artist. Some artists have a message they want to convey, sometimes it doesn't translate, sometimes they toss out some randomness and let people make shyt up.

I am convinced that Ye is at the point where he feels he can stick a chewed wad of gum on the album cover and nikkas will praise it for being artsy.

I will say categorically that very very little time went into this. Much like the WTT cover, just some random bullshyt. Please, project your impressions onto Kanye's used handcerchief.

You're in one thread mad Ye sampled Marilyn Manson and in the next thread mad George Condo did his artwork.

Obviously, he has permission from both of them, otherwise there would be a cease and desist.
