Thread is making me not even want to get into weed smoking, esp with these anxiety attack stories in here. I had one major panic attack several years ago while smoking some shyt this girl gave me. Never again. I haven't had a full blown panic attack like that in awhile, and I never hope to have something like that happen to me again.

Y'all can have that. Whenever I get high I have epiphanies. I rarely get high and just enjoy being high. That shyt is a gate to self-understanding.

understandable, i miss that kinda panicky feeling though. i gotta stop smoking for a few days just to feel it :skip:

if weed makes you too introspective, never try psychedelics, bruh.

Panic attacks are no joke breh, the one i had changed my life, thought i was die forreal but if you keep living in fear of it you're likely to have another one and still suffer from derealization. The reason most people get them is because

1. Long time without or first time getting exposed to more THC than you could handle.
2. Smoking too much too fast. Starting out of bongs is straight :lupe: status, i don't recommend that at all.( If you don't feel the effects right away, don't just smoke until you do because it could be one of those strains that creep up on you.)
3. Uncomfortable environment and not being relaxed. Most people just smoke at home because imagine getting stoned some place you don't know lol, you're gonna freak the fukk out if you're not used to be high.
4. Not knowing what you're smoking.


:whoa: Now, I am not saying you should go out and start smoking but panic attacks on weed are common. You gotta take it slow, its like drinking...you drink too much too fast you'll end up in a hospital, only difference is that you will live through a panic attack. Research every strain you buy or smoke. Some strains have the opposite effect for panic attacks and usually indicas are much safer. My biggest advice is to get over it, once you stop thinking about and realize its all in your head you can smoke like some of these idiots in here. Buy a half 8th and try to make it last a week or two, buy a glass pipe and smoke very little at time...eventually it will be second nature. Stay away from edibles, that will surely trip you the fukk out, its a totally different high. Don't let that one experience ruin it for you, you probably think too much like myself. Just relax, listen to some music...some music will be so amazing on weed you won't even have time to think about anything else.

Ive had two attacks in 5 years. The last panic attack I had was from some bomb Jack Herer. I usually smoke indos but copped an eighth of sativa, loaded p2 in the vape and after 3 drags I realize I couldn't feel my arm. I start pinching it, and Next thing I know I can't feel my face. I took one more drag and my whole body goes numb; freaked thinking a black widow had somehow bit me cuz I was out on the balcony at night :mjlol:

Had thoughts roaming through my mind that my shyt was shutting down from the venom. This made the high multiply 10 fold; could barely walk. I think I even started praying :dead:. I just rolled with it, talked myself down, and 20 minutes later it went away.. :whew:

I smoked 2 weeks ago lol. I don't trip out as much but I definitely still think a lot
