How this show is still on the air is truly :mjpls:-worthy.

Frankie Shaw forced an actress to do a nude/sex scene that she didn't wanna do (and had a non-nudity clause in her contract) in front of a room full of people, and to try and strong-arm her into doing it she went into the actresses trailer (while she was crying), took off her shirt to show the actress her breasts and said something along the lines of "if I can do it you should too"

I don't wanna lean on the "if a dude did this" angle that is often abused, but for real?

If a dude did that...

PLUS the couple of black writers on the show say that they were paired together and left to only write basically the dialogue for the "diverse" characters and that the real stories and main writing was done by the "experienced" writers who worked together.
