I've already talked about it several times in different threads about non blacks using the word and why it's wrong. The point of my initial comment in this thread was that the woman in the OP could have 2 percent ssa genes but JudgeJoe is assigning the 40% to this woman and Cubans in general when a white person born on an island doesn't make them whatever the average genetic make up of its inhabitants which we've been trying to get him to understand
