I highly doubt you would get cancer from a phone.
I got a Honor 6 so I'm guessing I'm straight. Apparently Chinese are hacking through that phone though.

Bluetooth headphones/earphones are probably the bigger risk, considering proximity to the brain + ear canal.

I wear Bluetooth headphones for 4+ hours per day. Thinking of going back to wired, since all this exposure might add up over time.
