Yeah, but your lack of support for these two things makes zero sense, and it is poorly supported. You supplant statistics and studies for your own unfounded beliefs. That is not how one goes about solving a community's problems. You're just hardcore on that "pick yourself up ish" but it ignores the purpose of something like busing and it's effect. http://www.prrac.org/newsletters/julaug2011.pdf
Elizabeth Anderson has written extensively on the subject. I'd read her four or so pages in that periodical where she talks about the necessity of integration and glosses over why the alternatives have failed. Her actual book is even better, and I haven't gotten around to reading the entire thing yet. But the problems she proposes have to be answered if you're going to go with this "busing is a stupid idea and AA is a stupid idea" angle.
I'd write about her points, but it's HBO time

i would assert that the libertarian frame work is superior to the white liberal framework and i would assert white people can continue to be racist if they want to, the key to creating prosperous black communities is focusing on individual rights, economic rights and capitalism, those are the metrics that we should use, integration and whether white people like you or not are not metrics that we should use
The libertarian framework has no place for the kind of collectivism implied by the concept of a "Black community."
I've been seeing this shyt for years living around and studying with college educated white folks in NYC, MD, and now PA. The only place I have seen white folks not act funny towards Black folks walking into high end stores/institutions is in the D.C. area and that is probably because of the large Black middle class there. The whole racist= low intelligence line of argument was always silly to me.
