Where is Fields development in comparison to Fromm this time last year?

Earlier in spring camp there were reports that he wasn't picking up the offense as quick (Kirby quickly came out and shut that down).Last year all you heard about was how much of a leader Jake was and how the guys really embraced him. You don't hear that as much this year with Justin but as far as what I've seen on the field, Justin is a legit threat...not in the sense that the position is open coming into camp but that Jake really is going to have to be on his game this year because Justin has all the tools to be the starter and never look back. That said Jake is our starting QB, but you will see Justin come in to give the defense a different look or just to jump start the offense

Fromm is really good so he is gonna start for yall.

However, if it gets tough vs. Auburn or Bama things might get interesting

I think it would take a situation like you saw with Hurts with Bama vs us in the NCCG for Fields to start. This is Fromm's team

Fields gonna start at some time this year for sure. Had a nice run and i appreciate the year he put together but Fields is that special. Unless fields is lazy or they play the nepotism game

Only way Fields starts is

1. Injury (which I pray to God doesn't happen)

2. He's playing so poorly that you have no choice but to make a switch

Y'all gotta remember if this battle is close it goes to the incumbent, Fromm. It would have to be a significant edge where Fields is outplaying Fromm for us to make switch at QB

RBs are easy to project. I was telling people Todd was gonna be the starter at UGA while he was still a 3 star and before Crowell was arrested.

Plus ive seen swift and I've been watching Zamir since he was a sophomore. Zamir is just a tad less talented than Todd but he's in that tier. Swift is on sony and Chubbs level of talent. That's how I see it. I could be wrong but I'd be willing to bet on zamir being one of those top 15 draft pick player (barring is acl heals and he stays healthy)

Maybe so. Zeus is progressing nicely from his ACL injury but I'm not expecting Gurley production from him a year removed from an ACL injury. Swift is a game breaker, he's a Heisman candidate based off of who you talk to
