Fromm seems like the type that will go out there Saturday with no pressure and just ball.

I wasn't too high on the kid when he was coming out of high school, but he looked good out there Saturday.

I like his poise a lot better than Eason from what I've seen so far.

If the defense plays solid and doesn't get rattled by the hype, we should come out of South Bend with the victory on Saturday.

Offense just needs to RUN THE DANG BALL and not put Fromm in a position where he needs to win us the game, and we should be straight.

I would hope that we don't put him in a position where we want him to try and win the game. And I would feel that way if Eason was playing too...play defense, run the ball and allow Fromm to convert on short & intermediate passes. Should be a simple but effective game plan

Injuries

Doubtful

Malkom Parrish (Cornerback): He’ll most likely miss his second-straight game after suffering a broken foot during camp. The injury required surgery and he was using a crutch and wearing a walking boot as he went through the Dawg Walk a week ago.

Questionable

Aaron Davis (Cornerback/Safety): The fifth-year senior was moved from safety to corner to help absorb the loss of Parrish but he’s dealing with his own ailment. Davis has a hamstring injury and saw very limited action last week against Appalachian State. If he can’t go or is limited again this week he’ll give way to sophomore Tyrique McGhee.

Probable

Solomon Kindley (Right Guard): A lingering ankle issue led to Kindley only taking part on the PAT/field goal geams against the Mountaineers but he was working with the first unit during every media-viewing period this week. He’ll likely start and play a great deal but it’s likely that the Bulldogs continue to rotate at the guard spots.

Jeremiah Holloman (Wide Receiver): A hamstring issue has been hanging around for Hollomon since early in camp. He continues to be limited at times during practice, getting extra stretching during individual drill periods. He made his college debut last week, however, and Kirby Smart said recently that his limitations are more precautionary than anything else.

Out

Jacob Eason (Quarterback): The 6-foot-5, 240-pound signal caller sprained his knee a week ago during the third series of Georgia’s season opener against Appalachian State. He has officially been ruled out for this game and is “week-to-week” after that. Jake Fromm will start in his place

Nervous about tonight. Not sure if we can dominate enough up front to keep Fromm from having to save us. If we win i see it looking like the Missouri game from last year at best
This game is gonna tell us a lot about our squad

May Touchdown Jesus be on our side :blessed:

They have a better OL by far

It'll come down to the trenches but this isn't a dominant ND team and they're breaking in a new QB too. Defense & running game travel and if we make it easy on Fromm we should win

You are confusing good backs with good running game. OL is by far the biggest weakness on this team

Running game improved from last year to this year and the running game looked dominant at times last wk. Dawgs have to establish the run game early and I think they can. I'm not impressed by ND either way here so Dawgs by 7
