The entire government program is designed for the underserved. No one says, "give out bad loans," but i don't see an alternative. There is standards that they follow and it's not like they're giving out these loans blindly. (Try applying for a mortgage and see what shyt they put you through).
When i say, "you," I'm obviously referring to public opinion...but you already knew that and were being disingenuous.
Tell me a solution to this problem, that's literally what i asked.
