Has anyone used the George Foreman standing indoor grill, and is the food as good as a regular grill?
I've done it both ways. If it's something like ground beef or pork it'll shed fat as it cooks. If I did eggs I'd use some butter to start. Here's what I do. I clean it with salt and water (I've only used soap a couple of times), rinse, and wipe clean. then I re-oil it and throw it in the oven at 350 for about 45 minutes. I've one this about 3 times and shyt is still sticking when I cook with it again. Do you use any oil when you cook in your cast irons or do you just throw the meat in there?
That's slow as shyt. My cell phone has a faster connection.
My internet connection 25mbps

this flattens down your belly?Ab wheel........and a long piece of cardboard to protect your floors/carpet...note that this one has grips, if you have the option get one like this...can do ab curls or sit ups on the flat cardboard
they market a whole lot of useless exercise products, but the best ones are the simple ones that people have been using for decades..can work your way up to the standing ab wheel rollouts when the kneeling ones are no longer challenging

how often do you use it?

I've been wanting to buy this.My roommate just got his two weeks ago and he's been putting me onto this and foam rolling. We saving these joints out here.
My boy also brought over his Instant Pot. Like slow cooked brisket? Gumbo? Get it done in 30 minutes. I didn't even eat this good at my parents house growing up.
