It's funny because I was talking to a nikka the other day about this battle and he said that he edged it Magic 2-1 (which is definitely a reasonable position to take) because his punches were more complex but I'm like bro I don't know, Magic's shyts are always super easy to catch (they're dope though) like 'Mafia killed Law that's training day', or Magic comin off the buckle like CM punk', while Law's references are a little more esoteric more often. Doesn't mean it's necessarily better but you can tell the amount of work the nikka puts in to put them shyts together.

Magic punches got a lot more basic over time. He never been as complex as Ty but couple years ago imo he had less easy to catch bars as he has now. Magic whole style is punching back to back to back, his setups are punches. He just got lazy with it since 2014 (which maybe is understandable if you battle 20 times per year and your rounds have 40 punches each).
