Cobra in 86.

Demo Man dropped same year as Cliffhanger.

But yeah he had some shyt movies like stop or my mom will shoot

And Oscar the year before

He made a lot of mediocrity in the 90s but Demolition Man was unlike any other movie at the time. It's a cool flick still but not a top 10 of the decade or nothing.
