I can't walk on hardwood floors I learned that about 5 yrs ago. When I was at my new spot at the time the place was nothing but hardwood floors and my feet would swell up really bad in the summer.

There are definitely good mattresses out there, this is just something to do once a month, just to get your back aligned. Also coil mattresses are much better than foam, I'm guessing you got a coil one

I flipped the bed, slept on the hard box frame and I haven't flipped back
