I'm with you on this. Especially since I've been noticing that most of these "legit" SP games have weak replay value. I'm getting Sleeping Dogs at full price but I get the feeling I won't beat the game more than once.

Word, I think 60 for a new game is crazy off top bit for a game I'll enjoy maybe 10-15 hours

It was originally a new IP but Activision gave it the True Crime name to make it more familiar to people. Then once UFG hooked up with Square Enix, it got the name Sleeping Dogs.

It was an original IP first than Activision put the True Crime name to it then they decided to dump it (dumb fukks) but then Square Enix got all and then renamed it Sleeping Dogs and changed somethings around.

breh... I loved Max Payne but there's no way that game was worth 60 bucks now looking back.
And yeah the MP was trash
Sure the MP influx has given us some trash MP but there have been a ton of good ones: Uncharted 2-3, Mass Effect 3, Assassin Creed....... okay that's about it but still paying 40 bucks for a 10 hr game is fine but 60? that's pushing it breh

let's be real if a game came out with multi only would you pay 60 for it? so why should a game with SP only be 60? I don't even pay retail for 90% of the games I buy but I'm supposed to pay 60 for a game I'll buy beat once and never touch again?

I rented max Payne 3 put it in the hardest setting available and beat it sp was but not worth 60 wasn't feeling the mp at all

I loved True Crime New York and this one is gonna be set in Hong Kong!

This is gonna be 1st day cop for me. I have been waiting a long time for this type of game to be set in an Asian city and Hong Kong is probably the best city to do it.
