It would have been awesome if this game had more of Hong Kong.
It was a great rental, the game has is lengthy and finding collectibles is fun, hopefully there's a sequel to this in Bangkok or Thailand. :lolbron:

they got a demo on Steam

I wasn't too impressed with it. they probably should have included some driving and whatnot in the demo, because shyt came off as just another batman-type button masher

I just finished this up on Tuesday. I was hooked on this shyt from the day I popped it in. I don't know about yall, but the main story seemed too short. I finished up all of the side missions except the racing missions. I'm not big on finding every collectible, so I missed a good portion of those suitcases.

I guess it's better if the game is too short, unlike GTA 4 where it started to feel like a chore trying to finish the game.

Still stuck on if I should cop this or Darksiders 2...:dwillhuh::guilty:

I wanted to cop Darksiders 2, but I never finished the first one. With the amount of piff dropping over the next 5-6 months, I feel like it's too late to cop the first game and beat it before moving on to the second one.

honest opinions brehs thinking about coppin?

Its really fun. Id give it a solid 8/10, but Im also partial to open-world games

Some glaring flaws are: Lack of multiplayer, lack of gunplay, lack of customization (compared to a game like Saints Row 2). The production value is a bit low

The best part about it is a big, well designed world that closely resembles Hong Kong, a very different setting. The fighting resembles the Arkham games to a tee and is tight and fun to play with. The vehicles handle very easily and the ability to jump from vehicle-to-vehicle is a cool nod to Just Cause 2.

Also, the police dont stalk you like they did in GTA4, and you can actually stop and fight them off to clear your rating. Unrealistic as shyt, but fun because your progress isnt completely halted when they get on your ass

Overall, the setting, vibe, voice acting and personality of this game are the highlights. It lacks the production value of GTA, and the customization of SR, but its fun as shyt

still loving this game:yes:

only like 6 missions to go til I finish the story but Im going around finding the optional stuff and what not. I found all the shrines, hacked every camera, did all the drug busts, solved every case, and did every favor. I maxed out my Face and Cop score. Triad is gonna be tougher. Im gonna do some more races tomorrow and try to knock off a few more car jacking jobs for ol' boy.

Im so glad that that date with Ilyana(or however you spell it) lets you see where the lock boxes are. they are super tough to find. Im also having a hard time find the last 3 open world events but I found a map to all of them just a lil while ago. Man...Im loving this game.
