Dude voice kinda reminds me of Freeway.

Grew up with a bunch of Lenny Cooke's
May God bless 'em all like a Biggie hook

...love Sky'z intricate wordplay, cuz it reminds me of when my Borough was GOAT:mjcry:

Lowkey, he's the main purveyor of bringing back Jazz instrumentalist in the production:myman:

I know I'm going off subject.

But does anyone know what song was playing at the end during the skit on ''The Knowing'' ?

Skyzoo is one of the best mcs in the game right now. A+ MCing all day
A+, son wasn't exactly Illmatic Nas on this album those are the type of performances that warrant A+. Skyzoo isn't that nice on the mic he lacks vocally and his flow leaves a lot to be desired. There's a reason so many people on here been saying they haven't bumped Skyzoo in a while, that Ode to RD was underwhelming because he couldn't freak those beats half as good as Jigga did in '96. I have the same issues others have stated coded bars, weak flow, poor hook game. I'm not saying dude is trash or nothing.

What bars and verses really stood out to you like that? I see Jadakiss verse and the production getting tons of love rather than Sky himself.

I disagree. My only knock on Sky has been his hooks but I thought he stepped his hook game up on this album. You haven't felt the need to repeat the hooks to Everything's For Sale or See a Key (Ki)? Vocals and flow has never been a question to me and the lyrics are there. I mean, isn't Skyzoo recognized in the hip hop community for his lyricism aside from his impeccable beat selection? This is not by accident breh. Only a few don't feel him and you just happen to be one of those cats. It is what it is though.

He killed every track but the following are the standouts performance-wise:

Opening track
Suicide Doors
Moments That Matter
Everything's For Sale
The Experience
Asking Bodie For A Package
Hands Folded Together
Things I Shouldve Told My Friends
Sweet Pursuit

I like Skyzoo hes one of my fav rappers out today
but his biggest downfall is he raps with zero energy on the mic
just about every song he does he uses the same exact flow
IMO I think that one of the reasons he gets overlooked
