d12 rookie salary $4,179,720, I'm sure skip has made more than that in his life. He's getting at least half a mil at ESPN. Plus he wrote the Cowboys book trilogy.

Skip Bayless' net worth is $4 million dollars

im awaiting the day where ALL athletes completely ignore Skip. when will they realize that by even acknowledging him that they validate him? Skip & stephen A egos are both outrageously out the roof and the only way to deflate it is to completely ignore them

Sorry, but I'd much rather be in the NBA than be a doctor, calling someone a c00n over that is idiotic. A man with millions of dollars can affect more lives than 1 single doctor if he so chooses to, who has accomplished more, a great surgeon or Dikembe? Keep in mind, one has built hospitals, the other just works in them.

MMC - Initiatives: Biamba Maria Mutombo Teaching Hospital and Research Center

But what good is an building if there is no one in it to use it? There are thousands of empty/vacant buildings owned by rich folk. A hospital is only good if it has the right professionals working there.

I see both sides, but it's all up to the individual. Most people go professional athlete for the instant-rich & fame route...especially basketball. I just wish that more athlthletes would take advantage of those opportunities that become available to them through their physical talents. When your athleticism is gone, what do you have to fall back on?

Do you want to play for the team or do you want to own?
