I agree this is King James' league. However, I no longer subscribe to the notion that "it's just the regular season," thus good stats and skillful abilities not shown in the post season are watered down. Especially when you recognize:
-how many players are in the league,
-how many players struggle to stay in the league,
-how many players struggle to avg double digits, let alone high field goal percentage
-how many players are not consistent
I recently had to fall back from my critique of Kevin Love, beasting on a bad team, cause at least he's skillful enough to be able to do that.

Kevin Durant is NOW playing top 3. Unlike you clowns, I'll change my opinion once circumstances change. I won't just harp back to my original stance out of stubbornness. When I made this thread, the Thunder just lost to the sorry ass Jazz, were below .500 without Westbrook, and had just come off a playoff series where they were basically swept by the Memphis Grizzlies.
There was sufficient evidence that Durant could not carry a team by himself without another batman on the squad. Obviously I was wrong. Durant has been lighting up the league ever since and has the Thunder leading the West once again. They are now my odds on favorite to win the West and Durant to win MVP.
That dude is still saying Melo > Durant too.
No I am not. What I said was last year I had Melo > Durant. This year obviously Durant is better. Melo's team is garbage and outside of the 62 point game, his play has been uninspiring.
Last year I felt Melo was better. And also don't discount the fact Melo lights up Durant every time they play.
