They're cute but too small. If I were gonna loc my hair up, I would want some medium-ish sized locs.

I'm gonna do some me chunky twists and possibly a crochet style to get me thru the summer.

I feel you. I thing the crochet is a good idea, you could cornrow your hair underneath and switch the style up more easily.

I think I'll get this instead of the Sunday Riley Good Genes. It has good reviews on lsa and it's a black owned company :blessed:

Myself. fukk 12(1)!
If you're going for radiance you don't necessarily have to go for peels or acids you just need something that will kick-start cell turnover. as we age our cells turnover slows. that's why baby skin is so smooth and perfect because their cell turnover is like 7 days while an adult's is 28-42 depending on life/genes. Peels are really for discoloration and peeling back a layer of skin. You can get radiance from a number or serums that are fairly benign (in relation to the sting of peels) that increase turnover. Also avoiding hard living helps. I don't smoke and drink like 15 times a year. I'm 28 and get told I could pass for like 22, and probs 20 if I shaved.
Peels are the quickest way for encouraging that cell turnover, though. I do them to help with texture/pores and for aging prevention. I'm almost 40, yet most (non-Black) people don't believe me when I tell them my age.

Peels (and following a modified Korean beauty skin routine) have made my skin the best it's been in years.

What type of peels do you suggest.

Y'all be extra careful with those peels. My skin rejected a citrus one I did badly but I do have oily, hyper sensitive skin.

But I refuse to wear Almay or Neutrogena makeup. They are not AA matchable to me

I'm interested in seeing how Ipsy is gonna recover from April's bag.

If not, switching over to Sephora Play

Have you seen Target's new beauty box? They do one every month and it's only $7 a box, you can get them online and in most stores I believe. It's not a subscription though but I think the products included are nice.
