but as someone mentioned in the other thread...the reporter made no mention about race in the updated report...how do you claim black men committed a crime, find out it was false and then fail to clear it up?

it amazing how supportive white people to each other when they feel like one of their own is a victim of black people. How many of these ever donated money when a black person is victimized.

Thank god for video technology. It's interesting how people want to make black folks the fallguy in these incidents where they are too cowardly to take responsiblility for their aberrant actions. Prior to video technology this could have actually meant lynching for innocent men.

There is a history of accusations for imaginary crimes committed by black men. Some people say that the guy had brain damage and the imagined attack was not an example of racist orientation but the result of brain damage suffered in his mishap.

I can only say that thousands of skate boarders take thousands of falls but I don't think that even one of them got up and accused anyone of attacking them...This was a ruse to get free medical treatment...He made up this story on the fly as a way of gaming the system...To say that this is not overt racism just does not sync up with the facts. Basically he tried to game the system and blamed black folks for his injuries because he assumed that this explanation would be accepted without question.

its sad cause they never retract the fact that black men committed the crime...so even tho the story is false the stigma is still out there festering in the minds of cacs.

not only the lynchings but imagine the rape cases from the past that have black men doing years behind cause of a lie...Troy Davis.
