Not familiar with construction unions but im sure the same applies

Versus being a UPS driver for a few years and coming out with the same salary

Everybody don't gotta follow the same path. I'm the degree but I got plenty of family folks going the UPS route or other trades

They're needed just as much as us at the desks. Really just about what each person sees as the right choice for themselves

But I agree, you can start pretty well of and work your way up

But like you said, it depends on the field. Cause it's a lot of jobs that can be considered "office jobs"

Everybody aint tryna put all the time and money into a 4 year degree plus masters, so we still need folks fulfilling other jobs. And they can do well far as money
