That's some next level negligence. I'm not even a parent and I can see many ways this story doesn't end the way it does. A 6 year old probably ain't loading the gun themselves. Even if you have a gun in the house if it isn't preloaded, in a gunsafe that's locked, or simply put out of reach this doesn't happen. Hell don't handguns have safeties?

This is like keeping a candy bowl of Hershey Kisses at knee level height in your home as a dog owner.

One were kids play is framed around good guys and bad guys battling it out with weapons.

Where physical conflict is a viable solution to all issues.

The a child that was in then classroom said that the reason the teacher was shot was b/c she was going to confiscate the gun. During reading, the child, took the gun out of the backpack (the article Didn’t say why), then the teacher told the chid to give her the gun and he/she shot her. The teacher told the kids to run.
