they are, but the rockets take switching to a new level. a lot teams just switch on ball pick n rolls. the rockets even switch off ball. whenever bodies cross they switch. so no one gets open unless the rockets have a miscommunication, which happens from time to time. that is why GS has to ISO so much.

its weird how most of the league doesnt do the off ball switches or communicate enough to do it. U can see PJ tucker pointing and yelling every screen to switch. Watch a team like the cavs and there's nothing like that from anyone except nance who barely gets in the game cuz Lue is WOAT

Small little changes that I saw a few times from Rockets defenders were the close outs on 3pt shot attempts.
Great discipline in closing out without jumping on the pump fakes.

One thing it seems like everyone in basketball does is jump like an idiot on 3pt attempts and get pump faked out of their shoes.
After the fake, the shooter sidesteps and shoots a wide open 3 while the defender is pulling himself out of the front row, drenched in beer and popcorn.

Drives me crazy.
