James Harden zaps the power out of Steph Curry... with his eyes.

Entire playoffs has been trash
For the most part, it has been (I enjoyed parts of the Pacers/Cavs series, Pelicans/Warriors series, and the Celtics at home), but this series is really, really bad. It's like some reincarnation of early 00s basketball, and the Warriors who're the antithesis of that are now playing like they belong in that era. We all know Houston's play fits right in with that bullshyt, but I'd at least expect the Warriors to provide some relief to that.

In all seriousness, are folks actually enjoying this series (narratives/storylines aside)? Because the product on the court has been trash.

There have been some flashes and some incredible single plays (Livingston's move on Harden, EG's dunk through traffic last night, Harden slaying Draymond last night, Looney's block on Capela, etc).....but other than that it hasn't been a good series...

Dubs in 6 tho...

if you tell me iggy is going to miss the rest of the series and kerr is only gonna play 7 games like he's MD than i might listen to that.

Listen, once iggy comes back it's back to business as usual. Good gutty win for houston (best win in cp0 and james career) but durant is probably gonna score 45 in game 4 and steph is going to make 8 three's and blow them off the floor. Warriors only try once they lose or are doubted.
Enough with the excuses man, during the regular season it was wait till the playoffs. Then “rockets will get swept” then “pfft warriors only allow a game”. Now this BS it’s okay to swallow your pride as a warrior fan and admit this Houston team is good, because your players already have and they choke when their talent doesn’t take them there with room to spare it’s just rare asf. That being said y’all are still the most talented team, but it’s closer and the warriors can’t just steam roll them.

I've heard this song before...it was two years ago when the Warriors were up 3-1 and still lost

We'll be playing this song again in a few days. People will have questions. What purpose does Draymond serve? Why is Nick Young on this team? Is it time to deal Iggy?

All these and more...

like i said, i'm no warrior fan but they're still the better team. Houston had a gritty win, but for all that to happen the warriors had to play non warriors basketball and they had injuries to their death lineup. If houston get's this perfect storm again then they have a shot to win. :yeshrug: is klay gonna miss game 6? is iggy coming back?

the biggest takeaway from the is game is that if this was 4 on 4 houston would have a much better chance to win this series.

I like
Tucker/Green
Ariza/KD
Harden/Klay
Cp3/Steph

the difference is the death lineup when iggy is GS 5th man, houston doesn't have an answer for him and everything he does on the court and how he affects to games.

bahamootey (who cares about spelling his name right he sucks) was supposed to be that guy, but he can't make a shot to save his life. Gerald green is 2 much of a wildcard and his shot selection is awful and you never know his mental state. Joe Johnson is 2 old, and capella is basically useless when GS has that lineup on the floor. Houston needs 1 more 3 & D guy to really scare the warriors like that.
