just figured out a trick for getting hyperlinks underlined.

CTRL-A (select all) then expand the 1st vertical three dot menu and click 'Remove Formatting', then press CTRL-Z. (Undo).
the hyperlinks should now be underlined.

Yeah, something is up with the Samsung Internet browser and this site. I switched to Firefox on my phone and haven't had any issues...yet
