Anybody who can check to see if I'm banned from making threads for some reason? Tried to post a thread in The Film Room and got an "Oops! We ran into some problems. Please try again later. More error details may be in the browser console." I checked the Chrome developer console and it's saying 403 forbidden.

Something with my account? Or just bugginess from the upgrade? Maybe an issue with me using a VPN?
