@ Whoever runs things now, idk if this has been suggested by anybody or not or if this has already been tried, but I run a xenforo website myself and when we have problems I usually run to themehouse(xenforo theme host) or our domain hosts and create a ticket with them to fix the problem, you can even open a ticket with xenforo itself if you still have a license. Idk who y'all had work on the website update but I don't see any changes
