Nothing wrong with some being sad. Everyone has a public figure or two they take an extreme liking to and feels hurt when they pass away.

I for one will shed a tear if ever my homie Stone Cold Steve Austin passes away. Especially if its as tragic as the way Paul died.

I think people who obsess over every daily activity of a celebrity is silly, but I see no problem if many mourn when one passes away.

Edit: Eminem too. Im a stan. It's gonna hit me hard when he passes away. Even if its when Im in my 60s and he in his 80s.

I never understood crying over celebrities/public figures/people you personally don't know, but I guess you never know how the passing of someone will affect you until it happens. I've never felt "emotional" over a celebs death, personally. A life lost is always tragic though.

i think its a human psychology thing where some people form a bond with someone they don't know just by seeing their life in the public view...especially if that person brings value to other peoples lives through some form of entertainment like movies and music

so people legit feel like they lost something in their life

how many people cried over Brian from family guy dying...quite a bit and he's not even real

Dude, Im all for that argument when its valid, but no one knows the full story. There's no way to tell what Paul was telling his friend during the ride. Save that for a person who dies driving under the influence or something.

There was no thread about the guy in my city who went missing either.. We all know people don't care unless it's a celeb.

I guess I've never formed a bond like that. I mean, don't get me wrong, I adore some celebs, but I don't feel like I know any of them.

again its a sad thing to say but for a lot of people musicians actors or whatever actually brought value to their life and the other people who nobody knew who are dying or have died tragically haven't

its a human disconnect and some people recognize this and donate their time or money to children with cancer or starving children

Paul Walker himself was leaving a charity so its not like he was a scumbag...but people feel how they feel and its because they felt Paul Walker brought value to their life

Just like if you or me died and we had children it would devastate them but our neighbors up the block who didn't know us won't give a fukk
