They would have had to have those clothes on underneath their robes. Not enough time for 30 people to go change when the solo portion was a minute long.

Watch the clip. The assistant tells them to take off their robes at 30 seconds, they're running on to the stage at 1:15....lol @ you acting like the entire choir could take off their robes and change into those street clothes in 45 seconds. Plus, if you watch at the 30 second mark you can literally see their clothes change as they cut from the assistant telling them to take off their robes to Whoopi standing next to them. The chick in the front has on a different top so does the guy behind her

*bump*where did Lauryn get the clothes from? Matter fact where did a number of them get their casual clothes from? They rode true bus in uniforms & were backstage in uniforms... so they decided to change out of their uniforms to put on their regular clothes to put on under their choir robes???

Some of them hadn't even put the robes on backstage and you can see their normal clothes underneath their robes when they get the message to take the robes off. Outside of the flips, which could be improv, I don't see how they couldn't have perform this act in their robes
