Reps are just daps on steroids. With reps you can leave a comment to go along with it. If you or someone's page is not private, you can read through what posts of theirs have either been positively or negatively repped. Sometimes the board can get a hair up it's ass and let loose a "neg train" on people and totally decimate their "reputation" in a just a couple hours. Sometimes it's well deserved, sometimes not. It's not a great way to judge a poster, but if they have a shytty dap to post ratio, it can be a good indicator on where they stand with the board overall.

Eat is just a term that means someone is feeding you some rep. Somewhere down the line it also came to mean they might be negging your rep as well. It's an interchangable term. One of the founders of the site was named, Cook. So that may have been the origin of this. Not sure though.

Receipts just mean that someone has or is asking for proof.

"Juelzing" comes from this gif of juelz santana promoting a pyramid scheme from a while back. It just means that someone is doing nothing more than talking in a bunch of circles without making a point.
