The movie didn't have a prestigious acting cast to begin with.

It did include Keith David.

Busta is awful in both Shaft and Halloween, but he's hilarious so it never bothered me.

In fact I think he saves Halloween Resurrection, because the movie is atrocious without him in it. At least he brought some comic relief to it.
