Definitely Spider-Man '98. I never got to grow up with the '90s Spidey cartoon (I was born in the late '90s).

However, Spider-Man '98 done in the style of X-Men '97 would be dope as fukk. He could actually get to do cool sh*t and with upgraded animation.

If they are going to do it in the x-men 97 style, might as well bring back spiderman 94 version. That crossed over with the x-men series 97 is based on. same universe. also goat spiderman series
