Since it's widely known USA is subtitle gang why dont more foreign movies get put in theaters?

I keep subtitles on. People these days mumble. It's awful. Even in music. Ariana Grande? Amazing voice but can't stand her mumbles. Put on Whitney Houston and hear the difference. ENUNCIATE!
