This!!!

The diet is actually easy.

9-5
Wife
Kids
Secondary businesses
Driving to and from work
Still wanting to have a little time wind down before going to sleep.

The most time efficient is Meal Prep + Home gym.

I'm actually thinking about building a home gym just so I can roll out the bed. Can work in my drawls instead of driving to the gym. :wow:

I work a decently demanding job and got a 2 year old and an 11 month old. Home gym was a necessity. I get up at 445am to work out. That’s my only free time.

That's easy until you add the 9 to 5 and kids. Would be great if everybody only had to work 6 hours a day.

It's about choices. Just say you don't want to make the right choices.

You can spend 10 minutes scarfing down a McDonald's meal, 5 minutes eating a bag of Doritos, 3 minutes drinking a 20oz coca cola. Or eat healthy.

You can watch YouTube/tiktok/netflix on your phone while walking around your block or walking on a treadmill or riding a stationary bike.

You don't have to be lazy and sit the fukk down. Most people's jobs involve sittin on their ass. They don't need to do it anymore. The ones who do walk, or lift, or do physical labor simply need to eat healthier. Don't matter if you have 30 kids. My neighbor has 5 kids. Oldest is 11, youngest is still in diapers. Every morning dad (who works nights from 10pm to 6:30am has runs the block with those kids. Cause that's the same route I run and jog.

You make time for what's important and you make good choices not excuses for things that matter to you. If health and family time isn't a priority that's cool. Don't make excuses and blame family and work--cause that ain't the problem at all. Motherfukkers be filling up drive throughs and watching 20hrs of Netflix Disney + and the games and shyt, playing games and shyt all week.

That's why I brought up home gym + meal prep.

Make sure you break it down for the people.

When you say home gym. People think a bench press or dumbbells, treadmill, in home stationary bike. You're going to get all types of "I don't have space" "I can't afford it" "I live in an apartment" "I have pets" and other excuses.

There's too many free YouTube videos of yoga, calisthenics, cardio that people can do that don't require equipment, just requires time and floor space.

You don't even need a jump rope to jump. You can download free metronome apps and jump to the beat and of course change the beats per minute. Once you have that mental count. If you want to invest 3-5 dollars for an actual rope you can.

There's a lot of things people just don't know or have the knowledge of but most people just choose not to or make bad choices.

Losing weight has always been easy technically.

The hard part for a lot of people is cooking meals and not trying to "clean their plate" all the time. People are so used to eating past full and listening to their stomachs the millisecond they feel hunger, that they can't mentally restrain themselves. It's ALL mental.

Emotional eating and bored eating are also killers

Too much carbs and sugar automatically trigger hunger as well.
